In order to better serve our customers needs and streamline our ordering process, we have created a custom design set up process.
Would you like us to create a custom spangle design for you? Here are the details:
- Our machines require a special format that is specific to our machines. In order to turn your design into a spangle design we have to custom create it.
- If you have a specific logo or design that you would like turned into spangle, you can speed up this process by submitting a high quality image (vector if available) along with your order. If you have trouble uploading your design, feel free to email it to info@beckys-boutique.com
- If you have an idea for a shirt, but don't have a photo, no problem. We can still create a custom shirt design for you. Please let us know in detail what you would like the design to say or have on it. The more detail, the better. Providing inspiration photos helps speed up the process and give us a more clear idea of what you are looking for. Please note that we respect the work of other artists and will not identically re-create the design you submit unless you have ownership rights to the design (such as teams, schools and business logos).
- What size would you like the design to be? Most designs are 8 inches wide for youth and 9.5-10 inches wide for women. The height will depend on what the design is. You will be able to write what size you would like your design to be in the box below
- If you place an order of 10 or more shirts you will receive a team discount of 10% off and 20 or more shirts 20% off. We will send you a special code when you are ready to place your bulk order. Often other moms and team members want to purchase the same design that you like
- What color spangle would you like your design to be? (You can choose up to 4 colors without additional fees). Please provide as many details as you can on what you would like your design to look like and how you would like it to be laid out. School/team colors are extremely helpful.
- Custom designs are completed within 7 business days. An email with how the design will look will be emailed to you for approval. Please verify that your email is correct when placing the order. If a response is not received in 3 days from the time we send it to you for approval, it is assumed that you approve of the design and the order will be completed and shipped to you. Please promptly respond either way.
- We allow three minor edits to your design. The design cannot be resized as Spangle designs are not scalable. That is why it is extremely important to be sure of the size that you would like prior to placing the order.
- The set up fee is only for us to create a custom file usable for our equipment, it is not for the file itself. We do not give or sell our designs or associated files. The files and designs created are exclusive property of Becky's Boutique and cannot be re-created or used without prior written permission. Basic elements within the design are not exclusive and may be used within our other designs. If you would like to purchase exclusive ownership rights please contact us for more information.

With spangle, any change, even a small one, and we have to start the layout all over. Therefor it is imperative to provide us with every detail about size, color, layout, etc. so we can create your custom design right the first time within the 3 small minor included changes. Any additional changes beyond that point will require an additional design set up fee. Our goal is to never need anyone to purchase a second design set up and we strive to give you exactly what you want the first time around
